Multiple Frequencies

We use 900Mhz, 3.6Ghz and 5.8Ghz equipment to maximize our coverage area.  900Mhz gives us the power to communicate through dense foliage for our customers that do not have a clear view of any of our access points. The 5.8Ghz equipment is capable of fast speeds at low latency.

Our newest WiMAX equipment operates in the 3.6Ghz band. This is a licensed frequency allowing us to be free of interference from other devices and wireless providers in the crowded ISM, or License Free, bands. It also offers the fastest download speeds, and, though it is still considered line of sight, is not as restrictive as the 5.8Ghz radios. We have already installed 4 WiMAX access points in this spectrum. Call us today to schedule a free site survey, and we will be able to tell you what your options are in terms of equipment and speed.

Though the pricing for this equipment may seem high in comparison to cable or DSL we offer an equipment buy-back program to all our customers. If, for whatever reason, you decide to discontinue service we will refund 60% of the current equipment cost at the time the equipment is returned.  We also warranty all our equipment for as long as you are a customer.

For customers at great distances from our access points, an additional high gain antenna may also be required.

All our customers are required to have a router in addition to their radio/antenna.  The router provides additional security to your computers and internal network while allowing you to have as many devices connected to the network as you desire.  We will gladly setup a wireless access point inside your home or business and configure any devices you need connected.  We can configure any router you may already have or else provide a model that we have found to be reliable.

Washington State Sales Tax is added to all equipment purchases.   There are currently no state or federal taxes on providing internet services.
